Yes, Most people think too much – that’s human nature. The mind is a thought generator, it is constantly creating an endless stream of thoughts. It’s easy to become caught up in our thoughts, ruminating about the little things of life, and doubting our ability to deal with things.You cannot manage your thoughts by thinking about how to manage them.
We all of us assume everything which don't even exist or happens. We move to that platform which is not even required and is senseless. Making assumption makes you feel more sad and change your mindset to a negative one. And being in a negative state of mind for a very long period of time is not good. We make assumptions about those things which we can improve and are based on our potentials . But a little stake between that makes you think wrong and you start .
assuming. We make our own mind trap and kept stuck into that instead of resolving it. This make our mind more stressful.
7 Ways to stop assuming unevenly
1.Be positive and believe in what you r doing.
2 . Surround yourself with positive people.
3.everytime when a thought hits you hard about someone clear it with that person.
4.stay true to everyone so that u don't make anyone to assume something wrong about you.
5.If you hesitate or feel awkward in asking someone about anything you feel. Think twice if it is really true or not because a wrong assumption about them can affect a good relation.
6.Try not to be an antagonistic person it makes you more negative and create negativity too.
7.Do yoga and meditation to become positive and away from random thoughts.
